I recently joining Top 5 Wednesday group on Goodreads created by Lainey, where we choose five books based on topic that week. This week topic is about a book you read that perfect for Rainy Day.
The first book I had to go with Titanium by Sitta Karina. This book is a part of Hanafiah series and my favorite from the series so far. This is about Romijn-Indira Singgih (met the love of my life. LOL)–Austin Hanafiah, as a result of Austin’s cousins prank to matchmaking their icy cold cousin who’s forever a loner. From there, their love journey ensued. This book is so perfect to read in a rainy day. It really adds to the mood of the book.
Second book is Just One Day by Gayle Forman.It’s about Allyson who meet Willem while she was travelling to Europe and they got to spend Just One Day… Will they meet with each other again? 😉
Third book goes to The Anatomical Shape Of A Heart by Jenn Bennett. This book is about Bex whose dream to win a museum-sponsored scholarship contest: drawing actual cadavers. On her midnight bus trip, she met with a guy named Jack–most notorious graffiti artist. How’s this meeting gonna intervened with Bex’s summer plan?
Fourth book goes to By Any Other Name by J.M. Darhower. This book is typical Romeo & Juliette type of story but in modern take. This book is addicting and I can’t wait to read the second book!
Last book goes to Don’t Look Back by Jennifer L. Armentrout. This book is about Sam who went missing along with her bestfriend Cassie. Sam was found but had no recollection of what had happened as she tried to piece together her life. Meanwhile Cassie is still missing. This book is perfect to read while raining hard with thunder sound on the background to give it more effect to the thriller theme in this book.
Those are the books that I think are perfect to read when Rainy Day.
